Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Intellectual Property and Fair Use

Ripplix curates UI animations and motion design examples from real apps and websites.

All such materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Whenever possible, we link back to the original source as a gesture of credit and acknowledgment.

If you are the owner of content displayed on Ripplix and would like it removed or modified, please contact support@ripplix.com, and we will promptly comply.

b. Ripplix Original Materials

All other materials—such as the Ripplix logo, branding, website design, curated descriptions, and organization—are the intellectual property of Ripplix LLC.

You may not use them without written permission.

4. User Accounts

When creating an account:

You must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You are responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms, engage in abuse, or attempt to misuse the platform.

5. Pro Membership and Payments

a. Subscription Plans

Ripplix offers optional Pro features, such as:

Early access to new features

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our secure payment processor.

b. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
You can manage or cancel your plan anytime via your account settings.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe’s refund policy and our discretion.

c. Price Changes

We may modify pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect in the next billing cycle after notice is provided.

6. Sponsorships and Advertising

Ripplix displays contextual ads and sponsored placements.

Sponsored logos or listings will always be labeled as such.
We may feature brands relevant to designers, developers, or creative tools.
Clicking third-party ads or links is at your own risk; those sites have independent policies.

7. Content Rights & Removal Requests

Ripplix respects intellectual property.

If you are a copyright holder and believe your material has been used in a way that infringes your rights, please send a DMCA or copyright notice to:

Proof of ownership or authorization.

8. User-Generated Contributions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or new content for Ripplix (e.g., proposed animations, reviews, or descriptions):

You grant Ripplix LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for platform improvement.
You retain ownership of your original contributions.

We may, at our discretion, feature user-submitted content or comments publicly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no guarantees about:

The accuracy or completeness of curated content.
Continuous, uninterrupted platform availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ripplix LLC, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for Pro membership in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

Upon termination, you must stop using the platform and delete any cached or downloaded materials.

Continued use of Ripplix after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
